Get preapproved online or in person.  With your preapproval letter in hand, you will know exactly how much you can afford and show sellers you are ready to buy.

APPLICATION

Your Mortgage Loan Specialists will assist you in completing your mortgage loan application and also ask you to provide supporting documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, W2’s, and bank statements.

APPRAISAL & INITIAL UNDERWRITING PROCESS

We work with local appraisers to ensure your appraisal is completed efficiently and accurately. While the appraisal is being done we will review your application and documentation such as credit, income adn assets to ensure accuracy of teh information you provided in your application.  Underwriting your loan while we wait for the appraisal to be completed allows your process to keep moving forward.

APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS

This means you are now approved with conditions and almost ready to close on your loan! Conditions are items or documents needed to clear your loan to close. Your Loan Processor will work with you in fulfilling those conditions.

FINAL UNDERWRITING

The underwriter will review the appraisal and your loan to verify that all conditions have been satisfied.  Your loan process is now complete and ready for closing.

CLOSING

Congratulations!  You are now ready to close on your loan and start your Move In. We work with local attorneys to coordinate the closing of your loan and send you the Closing Disclosure.  We ensure that your closing will be a smooth and quick process for you.
