How to enroll Your Bank of St. Elizabeth Debit Card into Your Mobile Wallet

These are basic instructions, they could vary some dependent on the type of Apple device you have.

  1. Open the Wallet Apple Pay app. The Wallet should be a default app for your device. If it has been uninstalled, you can search for it on the App Store and reinstall it.
  2. Select the + in the upper right-hand corner. If you are not signed into iCloud, you will be prompted to sign in at this time.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. The next screen will prompt you to use your phone’s camera to scan the card information, pulling in the card number and the expiration date or you can select to add the card information manually.
  5. Enter your name as it is printed on the card and verify that the card number that was pulled in is correct. Once this information is verified, please select NEXT in the upper right-hand corner.
  6. Verify that the card expiration date is correct and enter your CVV Number. The CVV Number is a three-digit number located next to your signature on the back of your card.
  7. Select NEXT in the upper right-hand corner.
  8. Agree to Terms & Conditions.
  9. You will be prompted to call the Bank. You may hit the Call Bank option to call immediately or you can call at a later time.  When you call, you will be asked a few questions to verify you are the true owner of the card and that your card has not been stolen. Once you have answered all of these questions correctly, the bank will activate your Bank of St. Elizabeth Debit Card Mobile Wallet.

Note – If you have issues loading your card, please make sure that your device, as well as the Apple Wallet app, are up-to-date.  Also ensure that your Mobile Wallet App is Enabled in Settings.

  1. Open the Google Pay app. If you do not have the Google Pay app installed, you can search for it in the app store and download it from there.
    • If you have multiple accounts in Google Pay: At the top left, tap Menu . Tap the Down arrow  choose an account.
  2. Select the Payment or Payment Methods tab. This will allow you to view all payment methods that you have set up within Google Pay, but does include your Google Play balance.
  3. Select the + credit or debit card at the bottom.
  4. The next screen will prompt you to use your phone’s camera to scan the front of your card, pulling in the card number and the expiration date or you can select to add the card information manually by selecting the Enter Details Manually button. Verify that the information is correct before proceeding.
  5. Enter your CVV Number. The CVV Number is a three-digit number located next to your signature on the back of your card.
  6. Enter your name as it appears on your debit card and your mailing address and phone number. If you have previously enrolled in any Google product, your name may be pre-filled. Verify that the information is correct before proceeding.
  7. Select Save.
  8. Accept the Terms and Conditions
  9. You will be prompted to call the Bank. You may hit the Call Bank option to call immediately or you can call at a later time.  When you call, you will be asked a few questions to verify you are the true owner of the card and that your card has not been stolen. Once you have answered all of these questions correctly, the bank will activate your Bank of St. Elizabeth Debit Card Mobile Wallet.

*Note – If you have issues loading your card on Google Pay, please make sure that your device, as well as the Google Pay app are up-to-date.

  2. Tap Menu in the top left corner, and then tap Cards.
  3. Next, tap ADD CARDS
  4. Then use your phone’s camera to scan the front of your card, pulling in the card number and the expiration date or you can select to add the card information manually. If you have previously enrolled in any Samsung product, your name may be pre-filled. Verify that the information is correct before proceeding.
  5. Enter your CVV Number. The CVV Number is a three-digit number located next to your signature on the back of your card.
  6. Enter your zip code. If the zip is already filled, please make sure it is correct.
  7. After all information has been filled out, select Next at the bottom of the screen. This will start the validation of your card for use in the wallet.
  8. Once the card is deemed eligible, you will see the Terms & Conditions screen. Once you have read the required information, select Agree to All at the bottom of the screen.
  9. You will be prompted to call the Bank. You may hit the Call Bank option to call immediately or you can call at a later time.  When you call, you will be asked a few questions to verify you are the true owner of the card and that your card has not been stolen. Once you have answered all of these questions correctly, the bank will activate your Bank of St. Elizabeth Debit Card Mobile Wallet and you will be sent a text to notify you that your wallet is now active and ready to use.

*Note – If you have issues loading your Samsung Pay, please make sure that your device, as well as the Samsung Pay app, are up-to-date.

*Note:  If you are trying to enroll your Samsung Smartwatch, you will have to complete a separate enrollment from your cellular device, this may require a plug-in to be installed on your device.

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone (make sure your watch is nearby). If you do not have the Fitbit Pay app installed, you can search for and download the app from your app store.
  2. Tap the picture of Ionic in the top left hand corner
  3. Select Fitbit Wallet
  4. If you haven’t already done so, you will be prompted to create a four digit pin, to secure your watch. You will also be prompted to create a pin/touch ID, etc for your phone that is paired with your Fitbit if you haven’t already done so.
  5. Type in your debit card number, expiration date and CVV – The CVV is the three-digit security code next to your signature. Click NEXT
  6. Verify your address or update if necessary and click NEXT.
  7. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  8. You will be prompted to call the Bank. You may hit the Call Bank option to call immediately or you can call at a later time. When you call, you will be asked a few questions to verify you are the true owner of the card and that your card has not been stolen. Once you have answered all of these questions correctly, the bank will activate your Bank of St. Elizabeth Debit Card Mobile Wallet and you will be sent a text to notify you that your wallet is now active and ready to use.

  4. Select Garmin Pay > Create Your Wallet
  5. If you haven’t already done so, you will be prompted to create a four digit pin, to secure your watch.
  6. Select the Card Type – Mastercard
  7. Scan the card using your phone’s camera or enter the information manually – Click NEXT after you have verified the information loaded correctly
  8. Verify your Name and Address and click Submit
  9. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  10. You will be prompted to call the Bank. You may hit the Call Bank option to call immediately or you can call at a later time. When you call, you will be asked a few questions to verify you are the true owner of the card and that your card has not been stolen. Once you have answered all of these questions correctly, the bank will activate your Bank of St. Elizabeth Debit Card Mobile Wallet and you will be sent a text to notify you that your wallet is now active and ready to use.
