Q – Where can I obtain credit monitoring services?
A – All three credit bureaus as well as other private providers offer credit monitoring services. You can search the internet or visit www.equifax.com; www.transunion.com; www.equifax.com. You may obtain a free credit report each year from www.annualcreditreport.com or by calling them toll-free 877-322-8228 to request one. AnnualCreditReport.com is a centralized service for consumers to request free annual credit reports. It was created by the three nationwide consumer credit reporting companies – Equifax, Experian and TransUnion and is the only service authorized by them for this purpose.
Q – Where can I obtain resources if I suspect I’m a victim of Identity Theft?
A – If you suspect you are the victim of Identity Theft, we encourage you to call the Missouri Attorney General’s Office or the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) toll free Hotlines immediately.

Remember, debit card holders have zero-liability for fraudulent Visa card transactions but now it is even more important you regularly monitor transactions on your accounts (and credit reports). You should contact us if there is ever an item you do not recognize; if their card has been out of Your possession for any period of time; or if you need any assistance.
